Gordon Back is one of Europe's most renowned pianists and teachers, known for his long association with Yehudi Menuhin and as artistic director of the Menuhin Competition for 20 years. He has accompanied and worked with some of the world's leading violinists and cellists, and his international career spans several continents with numerous recordings and significant collaborations. As a teacher and masterclass instructor, he is in high demand at leading institutions, and his ability to convey both musical insight and artistic inspiration makes his encounters with young talents particularly rewarding.
