Revaz Abramia from Tbilisi settled in Norway after a year of exchange at the Norwegian Academy of Music. He continued his masterstudies in Oslo majoring in chamber music and accompaniment.
He won the second prize for chamber music with violinist Sophio Mujaridze in the Mozart International Competition in Tbilisi in 2020. In June he went on a tour with the piano class of prof. Christopher Park to Taranto where he performed three concerts as a collaboration between NMH and Accademia Musicale Mediterranea. He won "Prix de Lied" in CNLB in October 2023 in Paris, and Britten Pears young artist program prize in Wigmore hall singing competiton with singer Hanne Marit Mordal Iversen in September, 2024 in London.
He won the first prize of Sibelius singing duo competition in Järvenpää, Finland with Hanne Marit Mordal Iversen. He has recorded a CD album with Hanne Marit last autumn, songs and cycles by Norwegian composer Ragnar Søderlind.
Currently Revaz works at the Norwegian Academy of Music as an accompanist and is in his final year of his studies.
