Theodor Ahlbeck Glader (b.-2003) has recently graduated from the specialist music school Lilla Akademien in Stockholm. He began his piano studies at the age of six for Elena Power and later professor Stefan Bojsten, Henrik Måwe and most recently Martin Sturfält. Since 2019 Theodor is also a private student of professor Paolo Giacometti (Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf, Germany). Theodor will continue his piano studies abroad the coming fall.

Theodor is a price winner as a soloist in the Stockholm International Music Competition, the Savshinsky International Music Competition in St Petersburg and as a chamber musician in the WPTA Singapore International Piano Competition and the Encore International music competition. He has been selected as a “SEB Young Artist of 2021/2022”.

Theodor has received scholarships, among others from the Royal Swedish Academy of Music and the City of Stockholm. He has participated as a soloist and a chamber musician at many different venues such as the Stockholm Concert Hall, Berwaldhallen, the Royal Castle in Stockholm, Västerås Concert Hall and Park Teatret in Oslo. Theodor has participated at various masterclasses such as the Järna Festical Academy, the Young Musicians Academy, Old Ox masterclasses, EPTA Denmark, Pianovisions and the Jiri Hlinka Piano Academy.
